Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as.

Company is very good there products are incredible and there is best part what we give demo to customer is honestly all the features and demo are absolutely true

Salary is very high for experience job seeker and for trainee is it also good with taking da transportation, training for fresher is good. Environment is very careful for each other.

All most Top heads are working more than 15 + years, nobody can grow more than their level. What ever top heads is taking decision , management also agreeing the decision taken by the Top Head. Because of that they are loosing most of the Good Employees.
