What not!, Way the team communicate and understanding about each other and the projects they handles. More over the positivity and encouragement given by the management will boost the confidence in every employee work and in there life. At last i can say Thank you for the oppurtunity.

Absolutely no professionalism in the company. It never seemed like I was working for a company rather 2-3 individuals who do whatever they like and expect everybody to just bow down to them. No sense of ethics in the company. Thier policies keep varying from people to people.
