Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There is nothing to like in that company

Dislikes

Wrost company ever seen in my career there is no medical benefits no annual leaves atleast one days also and mostly no job security they will fire u with prior information with in a week and no salary ontime wrost company and Hr also not behave responsible very neglect they will not answer the phone and emails promptly need to call them 10times then they will answer your call

Amazing Place to Work. Specially Mr.Akash - He is a delight to work with . An honour to work work him. Never pressurizes to work . For the first 3 months I didnt give any closures but still he trusted on me and he said that I know you can do wonders and I did too.

Dislikes

alternate Saturdays Working. Still was ok but got to know that its 5 days working now
