Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Payout was decent and colleauges were really nice and supportive.

Dislikes

This is an early stage start-up. The founders itself donot have any knowledge about recruitment. They are relied on their employees. It has merely 2-3 active clients and the employees need to source for the same profiles as their daily routine. The clients are average who need Tier-1 level candidates with Tier-4 level expectations. So it’s really difficult to make any offers for the clients.

They provide best learning environment to the freshers and always help team mates to achieve their targets. They always motivate their employees. They encourage work life balance.
