...—NO JOB SATISFACTION. AND EVERY TIME CRITICIZING AND FINDING FAULTS AT ALL TIME. EVERY TIME THEY TORTURE AND TROUBLE THE EMPLOYEES BY GIVING SALARY AFTER THE 15TH OR 16TH OF EVERY MONTH. AND WE CAN'T EVEN EXPECT THE INCREMENTS ALSO. AND NO PROMOTION AT ALL.

Management will listen to your opinion if it is good for company it will be implemented and most importantly you can make decisions

Pay scale is little bit lower side but it is ok if pay scale is higher side means you won’t get decision making opportunities you will become a slave of your company like act Fiber net
