The work culture is excellent and there is a strong sense of belonging among the staff members to the institution. There are plenty of opportunities for Professional Development of teachers. The policies are very clear and the staff are fairly sure of what they need to do.

Dislikes

I don't find anything that I dislike about HUS.

HUS Management terminates the employee without any valid reason, if the employee asks for the proper evidence of the termination process they will shut the door and forcefully throw out the employee from the campus by their security outside the pouring rain without humanity and empathy. (Had a very worst experience in my 10 years of the teaching career). Even though I got the Appointment with Uma(Admin Head) on 25th November 2021 this incident was happened 26-11-2021.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics with The Management and HR Team. The director Mr. Aroan is not capable to handle employee's issues in the geniune way and sorting it out. Many times he is not speaking the truth but supporting only his co-ordinators and Department heads blindly. Because he doesn't care about employees issues. He ony needs his co-ordinators and heads to run the school by making lot of politics with HOP Ms.Gayathir and Ms.Uma(Admin Head) and playing games with employees life. (Disclaimer - I have been maintaining these issues very confidentialy but they explored it yesterday with an issue happened that's why I wrote this geniune review.) Note : HUS school Management they are not ready to give any single feedback to the employee while we are working, If they are ready to do something they will write the false statements at the end of the academic year to terminate the employee with a surprise manner which is not the good Practice.

Likes

Pros : Friendly staff, approachable coordinators, students are all very sweet, manageable hours, good campus in a good location, no issues when it comes to taking leave, good work atmosphere.

Dislikes

Cons : Chaotic working style, poor communication, additional duties will be piled on unnecessarily, repetitive work, lack of resources and infrastructure, does not have a highly professional approach, lack of trust in staff from management, no willingness to change or upgrade, poor teacher training record, extremely low compensation, no benefits, no canteen.

Likes

My team mates were really good, Especially one of my senior was always there to support me, got my promotion from class Junior Kg to class senior Kg,learnt lot many things from the mates. Most important the education part was very interesting. Work and life balance was good.

Dislikes

Regardless the task given to me was always on the time line. Travelling was the major challenge.
