Favoritism is applicable at the time of appraisal and salary is not up to the mark as compare to the work allocated to you.

The higher management is very good. Staff is very good and over all companies culture and vission is nice . Only problem is with middle level management. To much micro management.

Dislikes

Not employees centric, Hr are dependent on manager. Did not took exit interview or asked the reason to leave. Reporting manager asks to fill exit forms and right good about himself. Company is good to work but should know how the mangers treat employees. Even after complaints to Hr no action taken so the last option is to leave the job. There is lack of appreciation and toxic manger.

This company are very good for quality work done. There are one of the best company for employees as well as contractor's. I want to growth career of my in this company. I have ready for anywhere traveling for working. I have son of one farmer so i required good company like this and we work as a good person and obey instructions of my seniors.

The work pressure is very high.
