The Seniors and HOD are very cooperative, no bossy kind of behaviour, No unnecessary work pressure, liberty and freedom for work.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. You will struggle financially if you appointed on low salary... It will takes years to get be well paid. No flexibility in learning, you will be designated with particular section of department only
