Salary never on time, like never No fix salary date On appointment letter every other clause says about salary deduction Nothing to grow in company Your director is your competitor No hygiene maintained *No job security* Sometimes so disrespectful workplace If you take leave on Saturday salary will be deducted for two days Last but not least, you can't leave in less that one year, if you do, there is nothing like fnf

My team was good my manager was great learnt a lot from her..career growth you can expect. work life balance yes. I had spent good time here but again when the management and depends on your manager for hike related things. I loved my work and I stayed without a decent hike.. I quit when I knew something better is out there and when we were disrespected for the work we did. (Again diff managers blah blah). Work is fine you play and work simultaneously..

Job security can't be expected. Many people were asked to leave when processes shut. And few were called back after few months. Appraisal lol what is that??🤣 3.5yrs I work didn't get a decent one though performance was good. Politics is there everywhere just stay away.. free food but again namesake not good food, not even 3 star.. transport is a world tour routing 😂

Hi Guys, I'd like to share my experiences while working in HiPower. I am gonna put it pointwise: 1. Teammates - During the 2 weeks training, my teammates were awesome. Some of them are still very good friends of mine. After I hit the floor, I was on different teams and got good friends there too. Company's atmosphere is free to make friends. 2. Training - Training will be rigorous so that you can work effectively once you hit the floor, however, you will get enough time for breaks and yes, be ready for many games and activities which will be for your stress reducing. 3. Travelling - Company provides cab up to 25 Kms both pick and drop. 4. Food - The best part is food because it is FREE!!! You will have a variety of dishes to eat and yes, special dishes on special occasions. Mine favourite was BUTTER MILK!!! 5. Incentives - Very nice incentives and many rewards and recognition based on your performance. 6. Career Growth - You will get chances to grab promotions and go through IJP.

Nothing while i was working there. But now after a long gap of maternity and parenting i am trying to rejoin the organisation and they are rejecting after multiple applications saying you are no longer fresher and experience is also not considered as there is a long gap... My question is how does that gap matter to them? I was working there. I took a break for my personal reasons. Now i just want to work again which i already did but they are saying we do not take ex employees also who has long gap ., i felt this job is best to balance both house and work during pandemic.. but i didn't expect this kind of response from them. Please let me know if i can still get wfh job in this company
