Job itself , however it lacked many areas of expertise as managerial skills involved, salary structure mid-lead with other salary components, Overtime without pay, Medical biller and Coders were not paid enough due to technical difficulties that was part of director contract, lower paid leaves, criminal advocate fighting for companies act 2013 simply as part of income tax evasion, no proper accounting to higher authority as India director control was less compared with other two directors .

It was terrible experience after spending 03 years got frustrated by witnessing the an autocratic environment. arrogance of management towards your query, cordial response from account department and HR department. i would say its trap

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
