Salary is good. There are many things a fresher can learn from here.

Dislikes

Those who are appointed for 8 hours job are informed by HR that they might have to work for 12 hours a day if the production demand is high but not regularly. But after joining they make work for 12 hours regularly and they don't give any payment for the extra hours of working. The labour who work there have to work 12 hours regularly and they get the overtime payment. But in the end of the month the salary of both the labour and the 8 hours job men comes out to be equal. You can understand what I am saying. The attractive salary you get offered here for 8 hours job is the same salary that a labour gets there for working 12 hours and so they make an 8 hour job man work for 12 hours.

They do not follow labour laws. As a GET I was required to work for 12-14 hours without any overtime pay, whereas my counterpart seniors working on same position were paid 2 times their regular working hours for OT. Not a suitable place for engineers, they'll litreally treat you like labours. With all arrogance and rude behaviour. I had to approach legally to get my final settlement amount upon resignation from the organisation
