...rrogant. Company has no proper HR policies everything has to go by your manager. They mark you absent and cut salary for the days even though you have proof of working for that day. Thay denied your justification.

The team I am in is perfect, the support and motivation I get is worth being there and giving you 100%. The people I work with are intelligent, kind and fun. One can learn a lot.

I guess the Salary and Benefits. There is not much on the plate in that area.

Nothing, Because we are willing to join any company with our own choice and they have paying us so nothing to be dislike. Only one thing keep in your mind set before joining that is "result oriented" else don't expect job security.

Salary , perks , on time ...The only uncertainty is you may get asked to leave anytime ...owners must get involved with Sr management to trace everything...upper management changes in every 2 or 3 years , hindware being such a good brand and esat oriented company ,upper management doesn't let it grow , seniors keep playing politics ,

No physical office of company at allotted location Unsafe work environment(in field) Extensive travelling Regret selecting this company as my first company :) Unnecessary politics at dealer store HRs don't cooperate or rather they won't take even calls Too much ambiguity
