Many More .... Horrible After sales service Top management is working like Government employees and never turned up or responsive of your mail or call. Poor conveyance disbursement No marketing support Overall very bad organisation, other companies not accepting your candidature if the know about your association with HHIL. Horrible FnF. Some of my colleagues struggling since last 6 month to get their fnf.

Salary on time and security of job.

Promotions and Apraisals are not given even after 3 to 5 years of working. Lots of pressure, and bosses can call you anytime after 10:00 pm also. No weekends off you will have to prepare reports on Sundays as well.

Overall culture is good. Seniors are very supportive or might be it depends upon your luck also. Work life balance is very good. You get enough time to showcase your talent. I mean you get job security.

...ourage ground staff employees. Company needs to improve employees soft skills. Compensation or increments are very less.

The working environment and culture are quite Good. The team is very cooperative. Company policies are like normal Indian promoters. Work-life balance is good.

An appraisal is very low. No recognition and incentive for good performance. No bonus

Good work environment teammates are supportive but the management is not helpful for ground leval employs. they do not plan any Gaming activities. Company policies are good , but company do not appreciate ground Laval emplyes for his good performance. company give very small appraisals but they give bonus every year.

They do not observe ther store managers. campany vest his mony in the store managers because they dosnt give return according to their salary package
