HNG where they hire employees with some CTC but at the time joining they will say there is probationary period of 3 months and won't pay full salary and this will extend upto more than a year. No timely pay salaries or increments. In shifts there is no chance having food in work hours that means total 8 hours complete work only.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career g8 is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

there is no fixation date for every month salary. All employees strugle regards every monh for salary Yearly increments are not given for both workmen and employees There is no medical security for who working in the Organisation
