HNG where they hire employees with some CTC but at the time joining they will say there is probationary period of 3 months and won't pay full salary and this will extend upto more than a year. No timely pay salaries or increments. In shifts there is no chance having food in work hours that means total 8 hours complete work only.

Work culture is healthy, Great oppertunity for learnings, Boss always support to employees.

No increament of salary from last 3 years, bond between worker and company not good .. due to that workers on strike from more than 1 year, question mark on company stability.

Having a good name from outside and wide market shares and manufacturing good quality various products

Dislikes

Very bad employees welfare, makes stress to employees by using unparlimentry words, holding the salary, no support from human resources side like no correct salary slips, not providing timely pf balance reports, not giving proper information and not able to know our work policies and they take own decisions like dictatorship very bad experience with officials

Salary is bit low as compared to market but overall satisfaction levels are high

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career g8 is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
