Very good work-life balance. As OEM and govt. business, no pressure of target sale or order booking.

Dislikes

No normal process for promotion or salary hike. No regular increment system. Completely chairman's decision oriented organization.

Dislikes

The director of the company Vikramaditya Mody (referred to as babu) is the most unethical and liar person I have ever seen in my life. He doesn't have respect and honor for his employees especially exiting employees. This company increases profit by cutting down salaries, converting permanent employees to consultant to save on PF, ESI and gratuity. All decisions taken by him are to satisfy his ego even it may lead to lose of lakhs of rupees. He would give double salary to a dump person instead of skilled one just to satisfy his ego. The salary of resigned employees is the biggest opportunity for him to increase his profit as he will make you work for 3 months of notice period without pay and then hold on to your full and final settlement salary till the time you send legal notice to them. They will keep on cutting the salary on one pretext or other. Salary increment doesn't have any correlation with your performance but your ability to polish babu. For joining the company experience, skills, knowledge is not required. Even a road cleaner can come well dressed and join the company as most of the interviewers including babu is dump. The peons of babu have more power and respect compared to managers. Most managers are afraid of peons as one complaint by them would lead to loss of employment without any chance of being heard. This is most toxic company I have came across and worked for as most seniors are just saving their positions by following babus instructions strictly and blindly. If you go for interview and feel like you are entering into a government office then you are correct. Believe me government company are 100 times better than this career destroying destination.

... any ERP. Too much politics in company. Even babu is the part of the politics. Your salary is not on your talent but your ability to polish babu. No new ideas.They are just doing thier old fashioned business. They are not looking for any suggestions or ideas for advancement. It's like a government company as everyone pass on his liability to his next subordinate.

...gement oriented company.Here the main priority is given to the muslim employees.salary is very poor.The main person to be disliked is Mohidul Hussain who is not at all a technical person but his attitude is like a an IIT an and his behaviour towards the other employees is very rough.

If you have experience in buttering your seniors than this is the place for you.

Dislikes

...manual system. Increment not based on performance but on company requirements. No HR policy and they amend rules as per their likings and decreases salary. Lot of politics especially favouritism concept exists. Partial treatment with different employees. Top management is not employee friendly, they are just sticking to this company as their knowledge has been junked and they have nowhere to go. No job security even top level management can be kicked out anytime.
