Very worst college for education, students were stressed too much beyond their free will choice. Faculty were stressed for useless documentation work instead giving more importance to teaching and learning. Nowadays education become business 😔

It was the best institute when i joined it but now all the senior officials are making fool of our chairman sir. even at the departmental level there is high politics the head gives threat to faculty of outsiders that is not from agra and mathura and said that he has very much source in agra if i make a call u may be...........

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
