No Statutory benefit Like PF, ESI No Casual leave and Medical leave No work no pay system Only 10 holidays except Sunday .

I like the company as there is a prectical approach to learn Tally prime , accounts , Banking etc , stock control, drafting , email , etc.

Dislikes

There is a pot culture of Delay in payment of salary . No Statutory benefit like PF, esi , CL , appointment letter in the company . They shout to staff if minor mistakes arises ..Sometime they use slang words to staffs .

Overall good organisation i worked here near about 1year and i enjoyed my job. My colleagues was also good and supportive. The experience of company is valuable..

Overall god every place is comes with the new apportunity we have to face it.

Being middle scale company ,I have to take decision regarding plant safety,manpower handling, iso 9000 ,production planning,to take decision in quality control on finished product and observed very clear cut policy regarding customer satisfaction etc.

Overall company is very good in the catagery Of medium scale.
