Working at Zinc buisness is good as salary compared to market is good, company is having good profit. It is cash rich company however culture is pathetic.

Organization needs to more focus on buisness and skills development. All things are done with respect to branding but nothing concrete. Employee are demotivated. 1 out of 3 want to change the company. All employer surveys are not showing actual issues with company culture.

Further, HZL is a performance driven organization and has additional policies as well to incentivise its employees. With ample opportunities round the year, employees are driven to achieve the goals.

The work culture is the backbone of all organisations & this is pretty weak in HZL. With negligible or zero work life balance and long working hours, the attrition rate usually remains very high. It has an extremely toxic workplace environment too, with senior management majorly driving office politics.
