1. No job security 2. No departments. 3. No proper salary. 4. Appraisal and promotion is not good. 5. Environment is not good. 6. Less qualified people are taken for imp jobs. 7. Management is least bothered 8. Any many more can't remember now

There is no such leave policy and flexible working hours. These two are advantage for any employee. Directors are humble polite and down to earth

Dislikes

Internal Politics and CFO of the group company is rude. He does not have any etiquette about how to talk with any female employee. He cancelled planned leave at the last moment .

The Experience here is countable. As this is the first ever plant of solid waste management in India, and there will be more. Goa government has taken a good change towards waste management. Here we have Wet waste, Dry waste & Tree waste, everything is processed to useful thing.
