Suddenly stop giving salary if you join this college then you end in middle of road they don't give refund for lot of student so they asking us we don't want ro end up in jail its illegal college they told to join course they took money they don't refund all student asking us ...we don't help in fraudulent activity

They don't refund money for lakh of student so they asking us it's illegal Campus...you will end up in jail at any moment

...ities are immense Management is very friendly and listen to the faculty member Good policies and on time salary Good salary with nice appraisals Free International tours and Sabbatical FDP upto 1 year Academics (50%), Research(40%) and Administrative(10%) responsibilities

University working hours is strict between 8:30 AM at 4:00 PM.

Hindustan is such a good college .My colleague's are very support for me Jupiter mess warden Mr.Omen sir such a good person and also my manger Mr.Ramachandran. .and my best frd Mr.Adhi is also such a helpful person love u lot ..

You are offered job security, with good compensation, also exposed to the global environment through foreign visits and opportunity to prepare a course and offer it to the host institution and teach their students. Also, the institution enables everyone tto fine tune their teaching and research abilities. Even if you have a spark of academic interest to consider take up teaching as a career even for a short time Hindustan University trains you to become the academician you want to be. If you love challenges and generous opportunities, then this is the Institution you should first consider. Hindustan University lives up to the motto "To make every man a success, and no man a failure" this applies not only to students but for faculties as well according to the Hindustan management. On the flip side, you may find the difficult to balance the academic work and personal life, in the beginning. But the support groups will help you to cope with all these. That is Team Hindustan.

Dislikes

Quality of transportation, for few buses the ride quality is worse, if you are a senior faculty. Either do car pooling or relocate near the campus, accommodation available at competitive rates.

They have fancy designations but all staff are actors only. They don't treat their employees well. They have no sop. The fee they charge is high and the feedback everyparent gives is high fee. They think they are v clever in hiring and firing employees. They have devious ways of getting the work done and loosu will be working there. They have no regard for anyone.
