... of the best brand of the world, provided you land up in right place/department. This is one of the best company in terms of compensation and benefits and I feel proud that I worked for this company in past.

Shared service center is opened with no vision, complete failure of Leadership team and middle management employee had to sacrifice the job to save their lives in company. Too much of politics, no promotions for hard working and sincere people, no learning exposure/no clarity of work. Associating with SSC made me feel that we are not the direct part of HUL which is really sad, The top Level management is no doubt very skill full and respected however no focus on shared service team when it comes to recognition. If you ever have to choose to work for HUL, PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR ITS SHARED SERVICE, look for pure HUL job for e.g. Marketing, core finance, R&D etc, which will surely make you proud that you are part of one of the best company in the world. I love the company but got worst experience with inefficient Management whom I worked with. Many employees have been thrown out of the company even after they have performed well and were potential candidate for next level. No job Security

Job security, No work life balance,Late night works, Weekend work expected, No inclusion and diversity (Only female managers), No transport, Expensive foods, HR lacks power, full of politics and biased.

...ronment and culture. Office is good and ample amenities are there for employees. On time salary and job security is not a concern. Good learning opportunity as well.
