Hindustan tin works having good professional work culture making good quality products and providing good quality raw material to make final product.

Dislikes

No social welfare for employees. no plan for employees' entertainments like picnic or get to gathers.

Nothing great.

Dislikes

Hindustan tin had very poor management by the owner and has lots of engineering defects .I was notifying them about errors but they don't care.I don't like that that hindustan tin works limited Nice Printer ,I am doing job honorarily.Poor Press ,Local small press.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
