Very Poor culture. Company hired some department head from references. They don't have a skill how to talk someone's. Always misbehaving with department personnel also they don't know nothing about the works always saying '' Mein nai janta kuch bhi kahin se bhi karke Laker do'' I worked 8-9 organisation but I didn't see the boss like this organisation, like kisi 10 failed ko seedha department head bana Diya ho..

Only thing you will get much opportunity to do new experiments and gain a good knowledge . In Hindustan power there is no company pollicy

No salary hike , even after company earns good profit , they have decided not to do apprisal for employees , normal working hours will be 12 hrs . Once you will join you will come to know how this slavery system works , they will tell you we cannot give you salary hike every year and you have get this much hike due to our mercy , you don't deserve it . No personal life , hr and admin is horrible , you will not get vechile if you have medical emergency . Higher management thinks all the employees are use less and plant is running automatically , may god teach them a lesson

...agues are too much supportive from my department and also from other department. Company policies good and salary hike also given every year.

Company parking area are not covered. There are no buses for shift.

...y poor environment. Company policies are double standard i.e. senior and junior. Appraisal of four year await and salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't solve the issues. Salary is not their working and career growth is slow. Project allowance and leave are deducted from CTC.
