Work life balance is non existent. You are expected to work all day long and so many activities are happening at the same time that you lose focus of your main job at times.

Officer are good, friend lly they are working Vikram Kumar in Manglore LPG IMPORT FACILITY he is worst Guys Everyone Knows in the plant, even Manglore DGM also Knows So much of people given Complaint to this Officer

Groupism, Very high level of politics everywhere in work, delayed promotion, discrimination, mental torture, harassment. Hardworkers and meritous people are harassed. Those who are masters of politics they get promoted very fast and make life hell for you. Lots of unwritten rules and red tapesism. There is huge stay back after office hours. You are expected to work for 24 hrs even on festivals. Worse company to work for. All of my batchmates have resigned.

Things are pretty haphazard in most departments. I have had the opportunity to work in 3 departments in 8 years, across two locations, and honestly, only one department took care of learning and personal growth

... basis. we are working as engineer and ,we all do whatever a HPCL officer doing. The salary package is very disapointing.
