Compensation is decent but growth is slow , the work pressure is very high . Sometimes ,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the time so that's why

Groupism, Very high level of politics everywhere in work, delayed promotion, discrimination, mental torture, harassment. Hardworkers and meritous people are harassed. Those who are masters of politics they get promoted very fast and make life hell for you. Lots of unwritten rules and red tapesism. There is huge stay back after office hours. You are expected to work for 24 hrs even on festivals. Worse company to work for. All of my batchmates have resigned.
