Dislikes

The company has not system / strategy to work and the management doesn't know how to take work with their skilled employee. the higher authority only create a unnecessary pressure on the employee, so that they cant take a leave even for half day.

The work was done with great hard work but what did we get in the end? The owner of the company gave reason without informing and without notice.

Dislikes

...dination. Lack of professionalism. Big difference between their words and deeds. They don’t pay any TA although mentioned in the agreement. HR is even worst. Everytime you call him fot any greviance he says only one thing , “Call GM”. And the GM is a man with 3rd class attitude and personality. No job security. Lala ki dukaan chal rahi hai. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
