... the morning shift we have to carry our own tiffan box in the morning shift .
All of sudden they will ask to extend the shift and at executive level bonus is also not available. We have to simply work without any benefit.
Working at Hindustan Foods is okay in normal condition .No suppirt during the lock down
Dislikes
Salary cutted during the lock down (2 months)
resultant there was a big impact (financial crunch). Factory was running during the lock down period ;unfortunately i was away from the station
...People work with JD as hands are not experienced and do not know the actual job. Bulk salary for inexperienced incapable hands and so not systematic. No professional experience . worst of worst. Still my dues are not cleared which labour rules deviated . better not to join.
There is nothing to like, everyone is very dishonest person.
Dislikes
I Dislike everything in the company, because the work culture is very bad, they need only work from the workers more than 9-10 hrs no don't give salary of over duty.
Politics and recommendations plays a vital role. That's why so many talented person quit from there like me. Please change General manager for companies 📈.
