Salary Not on time, Personal department manager is non technical at there work leads to poor management, 8.0 am to 9.0 pm 13 hrs working leads to non productive working, Some manager takes high salary with non productive working leads to create pressure on juniors, Some higher authority staff are non technical with poor knowledge, asking about leave to personal department manager is headache, Charges for canteen facilities are high.

Good company where you can enhance your skills and will help you to grow professionally. Seniors and colleagues are very supportive.

At some site salary is not regular, even some site dont provide good accommodation to entry level employees.

Salary & appraisal rate is slow and monthly salary delayed. Working hour is 12hrs and sometimes u may need to work more as per company requirements

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but careers growth is slow
