Package growth was very slow though I was giving my best and my manager was very happy With my work. Career growth does not depend upon your output. It depends on our contacts.

We are working very critical location in border and Climate atmosphere temperature -23 degree cel. complete the dam construction last year but bad condition we not getting salary timely tile time pending..

The company provides good platform to young energetic professionals to begin their profession. However certain limitations are not to be neglected like unpredictable appraisal system, focusing on pay structure and revising the same etc
