the enterprise is operated by family, however, the senior staff member are facing difficulties as the senior staff member are constantly interrupted during work hours by a few junior employees who happen to be relative of the company's directors. these younger staff members spend a significant amount of time on phone calls and then either sleep on their desks or roam around the company premises without informing their senior. the senior staff members have expressed their concern to the management, but instead of addressing the issue, the management blames senior for not being able to manage their team effectively and for having a lot of backlog of work. this has created a toxic environment with entrenched office politics.
