No training module for new joiners Very high expectations from bosses Alternative Saturday working Longer working hours Old school working culture and management thinks scolding is the only way to getting work done they do it with every employee. Worst company ever seen. Bad politics. Company don't want to grow up. Old people retire but still working. There is no scope for new people here. There is no quality in the product, also company is not following any regulatory norms. Lost of hazardous waste here without disposal. Over all bad company, bad people, bad politics.
