...the incentive and no sallary deduction. After all company policies are so good. Appraisal are fair and give bonus every year.

Company give egual opportunity according to their performance but in some case we have to suffer due to egoistic and tradition mentality of some senior Coligue. In some case they become the speed breaker.

This the worst company i ever seen, salary less when compare to other fmcg companies, there is no proper growth, they will not provide Travel allowance, and daily allownace. No proper slalary increments

Company's overall my experience is excellent.. There is so many befits like salary package & increments are high.... Good incentive program are here... But other few things are very teribble in this company.
