Worst work culture. Expect one employee to perform the job of 3. Just want people to work like robots, with no support and guidance. no productivity no positive environment. System is broken as disaster. Only thing matter to them is production qty and company profit.

Job security also there but ok ok. Huge scope of career growth and opportunity for all groups of people from low to high management .u will get recognition in terms of promotion salary hike if you do your job well. Such recognition not generally see in other company
