New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Worst work culture. Expect one employee to perform the job of 3. Just want people to work like robots, with no support and guidance. no productivity no positive environment. System is broken as disaster. Only thing matter to them is production qty and company profit.

Salary structure is good for new commers. Travel policies are good. Company is towards automation so new enviroments and work culture.Health Insurance policies are good for self and family. Good relocation policies. Proper training schedules and calanders.

Absolutely No Job security no matter how good and old you are in the organization. peformers are penalized and chokers are the best. Too much of data working, reviews, focuses, discussions are preffered than execution in the market. Too much of automation and new ideas are ensuring poor market strategies. People sitting in corporate do not know the selling price of a case or a bottle. Extinsive wasteage of money by people at all level.
