All person in management in this company is very bad, personally I suggest you , this company is not good to join because first he told you are selected in HAL , & after that they will appoint you in sub contractor company. Please be alert for this such types frauds.

This is very fraud company. mere sath fraud kiya hai yesb ne, Pehle bolte hai HAL me selected ho, mail bhi ayega lekin baad me ye kisi sub-contractor company me join karwate hai. Bhot hi fraud hai yelog.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
