Very good platform for start up career. Out of academic we can learn so many things. Everything based on willingness. Technology wise no one can tell bad about this company. It's a pride of the Nation. Work environment will be nice. 7 AM to 3 PM is an usual working day so we can utilize time very well for other activities also. As usual politics will be here. They will not provide good pay for trainees. We have to struggle but it will improve the managing ability.

It is one of great defence industry in our Country,. I fill very proud my self to working here. Job security for contractual labour is average,if management should improve on this work I think it is the best company in the country and in the World also.
