Very good platform for start up career. Out of academic we can learn so many things. Everything based on willingness. Technology wise no one can tell bad about this company. It's a pride of the Nation. Work environment will be nice. 7 AM to 3 PM is an usual working day so we can utilize time very well for other activities also. Here so many people are waiting to identify your extreme skill. They will guide you in real time problems.

As usual politics will be here. They will not provide good pay for trainees. We have to struggle but it will improve the managing ability.

It is one of great defence industry in our Country,. I fill very proud my self to working here. Job security for contractual labour is average,if management should improve on this work I think it is the best company in the country and in the World also.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ork. Employee are amazingly talented with a common goal of getting the job done. Pay and perks are good and management is highly cooperative. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Sometimes,the work load is very high and tasks become repetitive with time..There is no work life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd and it is hard to feel the impact of your contribution to such a huge company.

... facilities provided. Job security is highest and career growth was excellent. Of late the salary compensation was good to lead very decent life. There was very less politics. There was very good learning environment and working environment. There was excellent opportunities for innovation, r&d. There was flexibility for work-life balance. Totally a very satisfying work culture.
