Discipline should be maintained. No of Unions are more, which hampers work culture. Good compensation. No timings for Senior executives. Every thing should be decided as per policies and no decision can be taken as independent.

Its a good learning platform. It gives lot of knowledge Good Food for Bachelors Good timings and holidays For those who want to work for them plenty of work and those who don't want to work they can relax

Pay scale is very poor compared to corporates especially for youngsters Promotion potential is very less especially youngsters Many old generation who may not accept your suggestions easily Government behavior of boss.

Company works in the field of high quality and precision science and technology. The products are world class and in multitude

Lacks in marketing. Salary must be at par with global standard as aerospace professional are highly paid all across the globe.

The organisation is great.but which employee warking their through vendor company , vendor company not given proper salary according to work load.and not provided facilities likes HAL employees
