As a graduate apprentice trainee we worked 35 days extra without pay because of lockdown.

There's nothing to dislike. Working in Hal is not my dream job . But it is our best civil and military aircraft construction company.

...and everything like teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues

...gh inspection for which the loss is very less and the quality is more effective.The salary and payment mode is very perfect and in accurate timing. Daily morning meeting with AGM and DGM with full work details is discussed and planning is made to improve the process and better production ability. I have learned much in this company about the maintenance of furnace, calibration of furnace,oven, thermostat,shell heater, controller,x Ray scanning of metals, ultrasound, Eddy current check and other different quality analysis which is required for better improvement in production.I am really thankful to be a part of HAL

Work process is slow as compared to private company.

...ed the staff including me are assigned to go for necessary training on the job . The staff are promoted on time scale promotion from time to time and the salary is given as per the Government guide lines.

Lot of politics in promotion ie: to say if you are Yes master to your higher officer ,you will get everything.

...irst Company. I worked their on contract base. Its has boosted my career growth. Salary is not as much as you expect because I am not a permanent employee of the company. Learning work, its environment, balanced work life had Satisfied me.

Dislikes

I don't like the working process of permanent employees and their negative shades on work hours. No job security, no accidentally security for contract employees.
