No HR policies, No promotions, No yearly increments, No variable pay, No recognition/ rewards to working level staff, Worst management which is ruining company status/ reputation, so much internal politics

full freedom , no demanding environment from management , Just 2 times Punch , one time lunch . from 9am to 6pm , 5days week, No professional growth, No challenging environment , best place for retired and youth with no aspirations . But increment is guaranteed 10% slab . No annual appraisals, no feedback mechanism . Top Management is Penny wise pound foolish type. No corporate culture for future Growth plan of the company , Highly dormant .

Dislikes

Improper guidance to Hinduja's in the present growing and improvised power scenario in the country . No aspirations for organisation's growth plan , in spite of bright futuristic demand for power sector in the country .

Likes

Except for my team, made some great professional connections. Even though I had a terrible experience in the department I was working in, it was a great learning experience for me as to how not to behave when you're professionally qualified.

Dislikes

I was interning in the legal&secretarial team from 2016 to 2017. My experience as an intern was horrible. My immediate boss was extremely condescending, was very impatient and did not know where to draw a line while insulting. He was the perfect example of how being well qualified does not equal having basic manners to treat your employees. Overall, took a huge impact on my confidence and self growth. Hope these so called well qualified personnels train themselves to handle a team.
