Through covid 19 lockdown company was supportive, no salary deduction, additional insurance for covid has bee. Taken, but regional and area level management is pathetic and horrible

There is nothing to like in this company. And I had never worked the worst company like Hinduja. There is work balance of life. Senoirs are very abusive. And treat an employee just like an Daily basis labour. And many more things to describe and at last I suggest not to work in this company of you live your career.

There is lot of politics and the managemenr dosen't adress our salary is decent but carreer growth is slow. There is a bond of 6 month before which you cannot resign. On the job tranning is not given to new joinees. And good progress new company
