Hgs is my first organization I have worked in 6 years all are good but the salary and the increment is very bad and promotion to is a partali sum is there but they worked in salary it's more important to new employee.

Nothing to like the company why HR was there i don't know. They don't do anything apart from hiring.

Worst company if you want to waste your time then go there i will definitely not recommend this company they pay you less and give you work too hard.

Work environment and every thing like location and every people in the organisation is so good.

Every thing is so good except salary. It's not like they postponed the salary, they are very good to give salary but they offer less salary as compared to there process.

...e efforts put in equally, they don't care about you if they just don't like you. They under pay you despite having big clients like viacom and jiohotsar and they pay you peanuts and expect the world from you, if you don't like politics this company will force you to be a part of it, TLs and manager will do things for some and not for the others. Nothing is properly documented so they just feel they can do anything to you and TLs there mostly except for one are all changing all the time , they won't make you grow there and will hire some fool from outside on a affordable salary , so what happens with such companies which are many in India, you end up having agents who knows the process better than the manager , what is the use of joing this company?? While I worked there TLs just joined and left, they will make you work over time and expect you to understand when it's business needs but won't pay you for over time. They said they will pay you 150 rupees for incentives which was for a day or two if you did about 200 odd cases, if your standards are low and you really are below the poverty line then maybe 150 rupees is a big deal to you but for people who want to grow then HGS is not the place for you.
