Dislikes

No Learning and Growth. The OD team is running behind by 10 years. The management lacks experience and expertise. Extreme micro management. They preach coaching and fail to follow it. Managers, DGM and AVP are self obsessed and intolerant towards new minds/ideas/observations and suggestions. They hire experts and treat them like new trainers. Poor work culture as this team demands to be available 27/7 and call at night and on weekends. No certification or training for the team.

...feteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hoke and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new jonees....

Job Security and the company work culture is outstanding and cannot be matched with other organization. Every employee is respected no matter their age, caste, work or designation.

Only one suggestion to HGS for fresarss ok what they giving package but based on experience persans they have giving less packages.But employees expecting good package and shift allowance.

This company is very good base for fresher toget experience . Learning opportunities are high, work environment is very good because we will meet colleagues from another culture backgrounds, it help us to improve our communication level.

Dislikes

Company is good but salary expectations is low for seniors and too much competition for growth.
