The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high-quality products . My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. I had receive appreciation emails from my client .

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do very good behavior .

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

Working environment is good, Culture they follow for each Religion is good. This Co is good for financial stable peoples who just need to spend their life time. And it’s good for freshers.

This company’s isn’t good for Salary, Appraisal, Can’t survive working here with the salary they provide. Garments peoples will earn more than here.

...t to join HGS ,there working culture is very bad.Hr does not support any matter.they hold 1st month salary without informed me.BM,TL,HR does not support and treated like cruel and illiterate person.I am starve to death due to.They hired and fire.totally waste of time .
