1- Work Culture 2- Office Politics 3- Micro management and focus on some specific employees 4- HR not supportive and puppets of Managers 5- No proper management for decision making ( one mental guy takes decisions ( can't write name))

...he work culture is really good. There is lot of scope to learn new technologies. Salary and other benefits also best in the industry.

The only thing that needs improvement is cafeteria. Rest everything is good.

Hgs is good but the consultancy from I am hired is very pathetic they don't care of there employee once your assign on client location they are not concerned about us as we have put effort by mailing them again and againg

I worked with Wonderful teammeats and team lead. Good cab facilitates.

Only one suggestion to HGS for fresarss ok what they giving package but based on experience persans they have giving less packages.But employees expecting good package and shift allowance.
