There is no date for salary here. It is paid after 1 month or 2 months. The employees here are very upset and there are no rules and regulations for leave. This company is fake. It is like Big Bazaar or a shopping mall. The rules of this company are completely fake. The people here are also fake.

...tter. no genuine policies, if you take any benefit from policy, it will change no benefits after salary no medical or esi no insurance no leave policy as per rules no EL, CL benefits, they will not pay after you resign no one take call after leaving company unmannered persons in company

1. Hiring and Firing is the basic culture at Hindiko ( over all control is in HR's hand ). 2. Founder is mannerless and HR's too. 3. Completely family run business. 4. Working style is so unprofessional.

• Hire and Fire • HR is so unprofessional that people resign just because of their behaviour • Discrimination is way high, if you are known to HR then only you can survive. • Completely labour class policies. • EL and CL are just for show, you cannot get approval for even half day leave, and you cannot get your EL in FNF. • FNF is provided after 45 days (sometimes), otherwise you will have to forget about it. • Technical Managers are non-technical. They got these designations as they all are personally known to HR. • Even the GM has 7 years of experience & the Engineers whom he command (without skills & knowledge) have 10-15 years of experience. • If you are right and well experienced for any specific technical work, then the managers will present your idea as their own in front of customers, & if you ask “WHY?” then you will get a reply that “I AM THE MANAGER”.
