Promotions not based on performance, get 1 Promotions after 4 to 6 year, if company want to fire emp., they will send tranfer mail with joining dt. they will tranfer you outside state with no Promotions, no hike in salary , no traveling expenses , even dept. also change

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is good, but work pressure is very high for remote office & work time atleast 10-12 hrs. head of deppt. behavior is not good for junior staff.

the management of Hind Terminals is not doing anything other then ruining the carrer of employee. if the company suffer a loss , the top management will protect itself by terminating junior team members,
