I have been working with this company since last 9 years and reporting to the top management. Working in this company under such brilliant management is great. I am great concerns from these people while in difficult times. I am working in all era of accounts, finance and tax and feelings good for such opportunity given by the management from time to time.

Dislikes

The company lacks team spirit and without which it's difficult to pass the task. It also lacks punctuality and discipline.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
