It's good that the company provides uniforms, but debating (deliberately not providing) safety Shoes.

Dislikes

There is no drinking water inside the company, you have to carry 5 liters of water from home and go to work.

Nothing to like here for your growth and development. You Pls. Do not prefer Himgiri Castings if you suppose to got an opportunity.

Dislikes

First is no job security (you can be terminate at any time) Management approach is not good towards employees. Manpower problem daily basis. Work culture is not at all good. More responsibility with no authority, no decision making, Management expectation is more and expect the performance in a month after joined the duty. Bad politics environment.
